Processing Time
In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
Made-to-order props are printed, finished, and quality-checked individually for each order. These typically ship within 5–10 business days or more. Current lead times for specific items are listed on their product pages.
Custom orders and multi-item orders: please note that custom commissions, as well as orders containing multiple items, may require additional preparation time. We work through every order as quickly as possible and will ship it as soon as it is ready. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will reach out to you by email.
Processing times may be temporarily extended during convention weekends — any active delays will be noted in the announcement banner at the top of our site.
You will receive a notification as soon as your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
Delivery estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $200.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are required to declare the full order value on customs forms and cannot mark orders as gifts.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order through your account on lavenok.com.
Shipping Restrictions
Oversized items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lavenok is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at lavenok@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will make it right.
